A versatile bright studio space of 883 sq ft ideal for business meetings, rehearsals, film +TV, workshops or training events. Capacity: up to 20 people (due to the size of the studio). For one-time presentations and small readings, up to 30 people.
Located in Bloor West Village, Toronto, a small village in a big city! Recognized as one of Toronto’s best neighborhoods. Bloor West Village is roughly an 8-block strip offering many bars, cafes, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants, distinctive European bakeries and delicatessens, boutique retail shops.

– Noise restrictions: during weekday office hours noise must be kept to a “conversational” level – no loud music, shouting, etc.
